- Returns and refunds policy -

The eSIM data plan of BeaconLink LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which sells JapanCoonect eSIM, is a digital product.

Only uninstalled eSIMs can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase.*
We cannot accept returns or refunds for eSIMs that have been used, installed, or deleted once installed. We appreciate your understanding.

NordVPN will issue an activation code for an indefinite period of time; please note that VPN service is non-returnable and non-refundable, even if you cancel your eSIM.

 

- Expiration Date

The eSIM data plan is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if you do not start using the eSIM within this period, the eSIM will become unavailable and cannot be returned or refunded.

- Re-issue and profile deletion -.

Please handle the eSIM with care, as we cannot reissue the eSIM or accept returns or refunds even if the profile is deleted after the eSIM is accidentally installed.

- Mobile data communication not available

If for some reason you are unable to use your mobile data connection after purchase, please contact us and we will take care of it. We will refund the full amount of your payment only if we can confirm that you are not using the service.

- Refund/Change Procedures - Refund/Change Procedures

  1. Subscriber reserves the right to request a refund and modification if Subscriber is unable to install or use the eSIM due to technical problems caused by the Service.
  2. In order to identify whether a malfunction is a technical problem caused by the Service, users should follow the operation guided by customer support or the provision of information and images specified when a malfunction occurs.
  3. No refunds shall be issued if the information provided by Customer Support is not provided.
  4. If activation is still not possible after guidance by Customer Support, you may request a refund within the eSIM validity period.
  5. No refunds will be accepted for remaining data once the expiration date has expired.
  6. We cannot accept returns or refunds due to area-related reasons.
  7. No refunds will be made for charges incurred for alternative phones, SIM cards, and hotel phones, as well as for charges that are not directly connected to the customer's eSIM account. (For more information, please refer to Article 9 (Disclaimer).
  8. We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of abuse, violation of the Terms of Use, or fraud in connection with the use of the goods or services.
  9. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that the handset is "eSIM compatible" and "SIM unlocked". Since "eSIM compatible" and "SIM unlocked" are indicated on the purchase screen, it is assumed that the user has confirmed the compatibility of the handset at the time of purchase and has used the Service, and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases
    1. If the user's terminal does not support eSIM
    2. IF THE SIM LOCK OF THE USER'S HANDSET IS NOT UNLOCKED

If you wish to return an item or request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us: Please contact us via our contact form or on line support to request a return or refund.
  2. Confirmation: Based on the information you provided, we will confirm that the eSIM is not in use.
  3. Refund Procedure: Refunds will be processed as soon as we are able to confirm that the account has not been used. Please note that refunds usually take 7-10 business days.
