If you cannot connect to the Internet even after turning on eSIM data roaming locally, please check the following points. Normally, this setting is automatically configured when the eSIM is installed, but depending on the installation status, it may not be reflected correctly.

• ARE THE APN SETTINGS ENTERED CORRECTLY?
• Is the network selection connected to an affiliated telecommunications carrier?

APN information and supported carriers for each package are listed in the eSIM delivery e-mail, and also in the quick reference table on this page. Please check once again that the settings are correct.
